Mistake
The parameter q should be at the beginning of the parenthesization for Jeffrey’s update. This note contains a harmful typo at the moment. It is correct provided we move the q upwards.
Note that there is a second version of Pearl and Jeffrey’s updates in terms of multiset updates (Jacobs, Stein, 2023).
